Protect Your Business from Scams

Grateful Garden LLC is the only official source for vendor applications and payments. All invoices come directly from Zoho Books and from katrina@gratefulgardenllc.com. Never send payment through social media messages or third-party requests. If you are unsure, contact us directly before paying.

Application Process

• $20 non-refundable application fee (due at submission) per market
• Approval notice within one week
• Markets reserve the right to refuse any applicant


Agricultural Priority

Grateful Garden is intentionally agriculture-forward.
Agricultural producers are prioritized in vendor selection and placement.

First-year agricultural vendors receive one complimentary market day through our First-Year Farmer Access program.

Each season, there will be a Full Season Agricultural Scholarship offered to strengthen agricultural diversity and local food access.


Vendor Categories

Vendors must grow, make, or produce at least 75% of all items sold at each market.

Approved products may include:

• Fresh, unpackaged home-grown vegetables, fruit, herbs, and cut flowers
• Potted plants and herbs (annuals and perennials), Dried flowers, Dried teas. 
• Minimally processed food products packaged by the vendor, such as honey, syrups, jellies, jams, preserves, dried spices and herbs, flour, cornmeal, seeds, canned produce, cider, pressed juices, and vinegars
• Farm fresh meats
• Craft goods such as jewelry, ceramics, clothing, books, furniture, and similar items produced by the seller
• Invited vendors providing entertainment, guest services, educational programming, food trucks, coffee carts, and related services



Vendor Information & Guidelines

Vendors are responsible for maintaining all required licenses, tax documentation, and permits as required by city and state regulations.

Proof of insurance is required, and Grateful Garden LLC must be listed as additionally insured.

Green Valley Ranch Denver CO Farmers Market

Applications are now open. 

Wednesdays | June, July, and August

Set up begins at 3:30 PM.
All vendors must be fully set up by 5:00 PM.


Space Fees

10’ x 10’ space, per market date

• Agricultural Producers – $40
• Makers & Cottage Food – $45
• Hot Food & Trucks – $65
• Service Vendors – $65
• Sponsors – Structured participation, inquire

• Civic Partners – $45

Drop-ins (if space allows) – $65

Priority given to approved seasonal vendors.

All vendors must pay at least 48 hours before each market date. Unpaid spaces may be released.


Full Season Commitment

Commit to all 13 dates and pay in full by April 30, 2026 to receive:

• One complimentary market day
• Priority placement

Final placement subject to market layout needs.


Market Expectations

• Ready to sell at 5:00 PM
• Remain open until 8:00 PM
• Late arrivals may forfeit space

If customers are present and you are set up early, you may begin selling.

10’ x 10’ space, per market date

• Agricultural Producers – $40 
• Makers & Cottage Food – $60 / $75 for harvest fest
• Hot Food & Trucks – $80 / $100 for harvest fest
• Service Vendors – $80 / $100 for harvest fest
• Sponsors Structured participation, inquire
Civic Partners – $60 / $75 for harvest fest

Drop-ins (if space allows) – $80 / $100 for harvest fest
Priority given to approved seasonal vendors.

Space assignment

• A mix between first come first serve and placement by manager at time of arrival. There are not bad spots

• Ready to sell at 9:00 AM (10 AM for Harvest fest)
• Remain open until 1:00 PM (3pm for Harvest fest)
• Late arrivals may forfeit space

If customers are present and you are set up early, you may begin selling.
